Legacy Edging Self Installation.

Our Legacy Edging has been designed with easy installation in mind. Its simple connections mean that it takes no time at all to create a clean line and delineate between different sections of your garden.

With our own Fabrication Unit based in Leicestershire we can work with you to create the right design and manufacture the edging for your for your landscape using high-quality UK steel.

 

The Edging is held in place by strong steel pins which measure 400mm long and 16mm in diameter. They are driven through connection bosses to create a seamless joint and a sturdy, versatile edge. These pins mean that our Legacy garden edging is much stronger than options on the market, as they allow you to create a continuous line of edging with all fixings hidden underground and just the butt joints visible. 

Our edging system can be used to create various shapes, including curves, so you can bring your landscaping designs to life. It can also be used in all soil types, as well as on uneven ground, so if you’re installing steel edging on a slope, Legacy makes this easy.

We have four different types of steel edging available across our Legacy 3,5 and 6 ranges.

Corten Steel Edging

Available in our Legacy 3 and Legacy 5 ranges, once installed the corten steel doesn’t need any maintenance. The steel has a natural weathering process that leaves it with an attractive rusty finish, adding colour to your garden and protecting the steel. 

Galvanised Steel Edging

Our galvanised steel edging is ideal for high traffic areas and tiered garden designs due to being incredibly strong. Available in Legacy 5 and Legacy 6, galvanised steel edging is protected against corrosion and weathering, so it is ideal for wetter conditions.

Mild Steel Edging

Mild steel lawn edging delivers a strong and robust finish with an attractive look. When allowed to weather, this metal edging develops a rust coating. We offer mild steel as an option across our Legacy 3, Legacy 5 and Legacy 6 ranges. 

Stainless Steel Edging

Recommended by landscape designers and architects, our stainless steel edging is a popular choice. It provides a long-lasting solution that stands strong once installed. Stainless steel is an option across our Legacy 3 and Legacy 5 edging ranges.Each type of steel offers versatile and durable edging that can withstand gardening equipment and enable you to create clean lines.

 

 

We offer Nationwide Service so no matter where you are in the UK, we can design, make and deliver your perfect bespoke Edging. Delivered in 3m lengths the solid steel edging will be delivered either Palletline or a Lorry depending on the amount required.
