Our Legacy 5 edging is our most popular choice and has been installed at houses and large country estates around the UK. Our steel edging creates an atheistically pleasing border for your drive, lawn, path or flowerbeds. It is used by developers, builders, local authorities, landscape architects and private individuals.
Made from 5mm solid steel, Legacy 5 edging is versatile and can not only be used to edge driveways and pathways but to create defined or raised flower beds. It is designed and manufactured from our own Fabrication Unit based in Leicestershire and with our in house team we are able to create bespoke edging designs.

Driveway Edging creates an atheistically pleasing border to your drive. It creates a barrier between your drive and lawn area and prevents the movement of gravel from spilling over. Made to fit all types of driveways, our solid steel border provides the strongest most durable boundary. We use British solid steel which will not become brittle with the cold weather or rot. It is robust enough to withstand, garden machinery, lawnmowers, strimmers and even couriers!

Legacy 5 Edging is perfect for adding definition to your flower beds and can be used in a variety of ways. The most popular is to create a separation between the flower bed and the lawn. Our Edging is strong enough to withstand garden machinery and will not be damaged whilst mowing. Our edging comes in various heights so you can create raised beds as seen below in the patio area. Legacy 5 edging give structure and direction to the design of your garden leading the eye forward through the garden.

How is it installed?
Like all of our Edging out Legacy 5 is availble for self installation or can be installed by one of our teams that travel the UK. Delivered directly to you or brought to site by one of the teams the lengths are secured at 1m intervals using 400mm long steel pins. For driveway edging we can form gentle sweeping radiuses of over 10m. Any tighter than this and we pre-bend the lengths in the workshop, creating wonderful sweeping landscape features. The mild steel is our most popular and is left to rust naturally but we do offer Legacy 5 in a range of materials including
- Natural Mild Steel – this is allowed to weather and reaches a natural rust patina in 4-6 months
- Galvanised – fully rust-resistant and favoured by local authorities for amenity areas
- Corten Steel – this develops a stable protective rust layer and is most commonly used in construction, a very popular choice for garden designers.
- Stainless Steel – for bespoke smaller scale projects, often supplied in 200mm and 300mm heights as feature edging
